What is 1AI?
1AI is an artificial intelligence platform being built for Uzbekistan. It has two directions: an Uzbek-language AI assistant for everyone, and an AI sales agent that replies to business customers on Telegram and Instagram.
Does 1AI understand Uzbek?
Yes. 1AI works in Uzbek in both Latin and Cyrillic script and also understands Russian and English. It replies in the language the customer used.
When does it launch?

Which channels are supported?
The AI sales agent works on Telegram and Instagram Direct.
Is my business's data safe?
Each business's prices, scripts, keywords and customers are stored separately and used only for that business. They are never shared with other businesses.
What if the AI gives a wrong answer?
The AI relies on your catalog and data. When it cannot answer precisely or the question is sensitive, it hands the chat to your staff.
Do I need a developer?
No. Connecting channels and adding data is done through simple settings.
Does 1AI understand Uzbek Cyrillic?
Yes. 1AI understands Uzbek text in Latin and Cyrillic script and can convert text from one script to the other.
